The video is filmed in Guosás várri, a place southeast of Jukkasjärvi. Simon Issát Marainen is performing the joik veagalváldin (rape in Sami), wearing gálssohat.

The video has been screened at Kiruna Main Hall, Västerås Art Museum and at Sørlandets Museum of Art in Kristiansand, Norway. The work was a part of the contemporary exhibition of feminist art in Scandinavia. The Beginning Is Always Today, featuring forty Scandinavian artists whose works address feminism in the last twenty years.
